The KG Group, a private Toronto real estate company co-founded by Marvin Katz and Sam Goldband, has been building and managing properties in the Toronto region for almost 40 years. With expertise in both residential and commercial property management and construction, the KG Group owns and manages over 1,200 rental apartment units in the Toronto area today, including those in the Avondale and Oakburn neighbourhoods. The company prides itself on the high quality of its properties; a great testament to this is the 2012 MAC award that FRPO bestowed on Hampton House for Best Suite Renovation over $7500.

The KG Group's business philosophy is to acquire properties in superior locations and then develop them into integrated, multi-use facilities that meet and exceed service to all tenants and residents. Known for their proactive, reliable and hands-on management style, all of the KG Group property managers are professionally certified by the Greater Toronto Apartment Association, Institute of Housing Management (IHM) and/or Association of Condominium Managers of Ontario (ACMO). The KG Group is also a member of the Greater Toronto Apartment Association. In addition to the KG Group's professional involvements, the company firmly believes in giving back to the community.
