The safety of our communities is our top priority. We have put forward the following COVID-19 measures that ensures your well-being while touring our new building at 18 Erskine Ave.

HEALTH AND SAFETY MEASURES

• All KG Group team members have been informed of all preventative health and safety measures.
• There are limited appointments per day.
• Appointments are spaced apart to allow for cleaning in between each one.
• There are limited KG Group staff permitted in the Leasing Office to ensure social distancing.
• There are a maximum number of visitors per appointment.
• Guest(s) must visit the Concierge (behind a crowd control bar to ensure social distancing) upon their arrival.
• Guest(s) must sanitize themselves and fill out a COVID-19 survey to ensure it is safe to allow their entry.
• Guest(s) are greeted by a Leasing Agent and taken on a private guided tour of the community including the Leasing Office, the amenities and the model suites.
• The tour route will be sanitized and cleaned immediately after each tour.
• The Leasing Office and the tour route will be cleaned and sanitized at the beginning and end of each day.
• Door handles in common areas are sanitized regularly throughout the day.
• Staircase handles are sanitized regularly throughout the day.
• Elevator buttons are sanitized several times during the day.
• There is limited congregating in any common areas.
• Hand sanitizing stations have been placed at all entrances and high-traffic areas.
