ABOUT

Working Professionals

I don’t mind renting—I just want a place that’s well run, quiet, close to transit, and doesn’t come with constant surprises or hassles.

This persona includes Toronto renters typically in their mid-20s to early-40s, often dual-income professionals working in engineering, finance, tech, healthcare, consulting, or corporate roles. Many are renting while saving for a home, relocating for work, moving in together for the first time, or waiting for a pre-construction purchase to be completed.

They value reliability, efficiency, and professionalism. Time is limited, schedules are demanding, and tolerance for friction is low. Working professionals want apartments that are well managed, quiet, connected to transit, and supported by responsive teams, so they can focus on work and life, not housing issues.
